Founded in 1959, UMCC Titanium entered a new phase of development in June 2025, when the privatization process was finalized and the company became part of NEQSOL Holding.
With NEQSOL Holding’s support, UMCC Titanium is pursuing a modernization program focused on upgrading equipment, developing new products through deeper raw-material processing, and expanding its footprint in global markets. These efforts are carried out in strict compliance with international regulations and sanctions.
